The Challenge

OilExec needed a portal which required all the advanced facilities a job portal wanted. They needed a design which suits well with their corporate culture and their standards. The biggest challenge was to cater the data to them in a way they can easily filter the best candidate out of 1000s of entries. The filters need to be very specific and high level algorithms were required to filter micro specific details of the candidate.

We designed and tested every piece of information, accompanying OilExec’s growth and proposing numerous solutions to enhance the growth.

We selected the corporate colors for the website to maintain the look-and-feel as well as the company standards.

The Development

We developed a custom framework to implement its advanced backend. All the modules are well defined and written to match the requirements of OilExec. We had to ensure that we were following OilExec’s security standards. We developed an approachable and safe admin panel. We created a dashboard which would show all the jobs posted and the candidate entries in a clear and elegant way. We implemented different type of searches for the admin to easily track the best possible candidates they required for a particular job. Searches include binary searches, quick searches, searches by filter etc.

The Results

We are proud to have reached outstanding results. We continue working with OilExec as their job portal partners. OilExec are still one of the best Oil based job portals in the middle east.
